We partner with US roasters that begin roasting your order when you place it, not taken off an inventory shelf. Roasting is typically completed within 1-2 business days. Your order is then packaged and shipped to you arriving in 4-9 calendar days from order placement (depending on weekend order placement and shipping time by the carriers).
Your roast is fresh.
Our roasting partner is a small family business that prides itself on completing frequent small roast batches so that your coffee is at peak quality and freshness. Fresh coffee is typically good 2-4 weeks once unsealed.
Your roast is clean.
Our roasting partner also produces their product in a way to ensure that it is mold and mycotoxin free. Spot testing ensures their process works to confirm lots come out clean and free from heavy metals and glyphosates.
